1.Tuition Fee Payment

1）Collect fee from student’s debit card :

The college has authorized the Bank of Communications (BOC) to collect tuition fee from student’s debit card. Procedures are usually taken as follow: The College informs students the tuition payable and the exact deduction date; students deposit tuition fee in his/her BOC debit card as instructed. Since students have signed the agreement with College of the action taking when they enter the college, the College advises the bank to deduct the tuition fee from student’s debit card directly. Similarly, all the refund will be directly returned to students’ BOC debit card.

2）Remittance from students:

As an exception, students are allowed to remit tuition fee to UIC bank account. Please find our bank information below for your action:

2.Report the loss of and renew the Debit Card

If you unfortunately lost the debit card, please call 95559 (the customer service center of Bank of Communications) to report the loss immediately. Please bring your valid identification card to any branch of Bank of Communications within mainland China to register the formal loss and apply for a new card. After you get a new debit card, please log in New Portal https://p.uic.edu.cn to register the card number. For the use instruction of the online registration please refer to the “New Portal银行卡自助登记功能使用说明” in the Download section in FO website.

3.Invoices

Usually the E-copy of the tuition invoices will be sent to students’ UIC mailbox at the 2nd semester of each academic year. Student with an urgent need of the invoice may send an email to fotuition@uic.edu.cn with name, student no. and mobile number to apply for a quick issuance.
